Turning a duty into an opportunity: the Zero Paper project
The digitization of invoices, the need to work “smart” while maintaining high efficiency, and the focus on protecting the environment led Servotecnica to implement the “Zero Paper” project.
By using dedicated software, the digital archiving of all company documents was made simple, massively reducing paper usage. Initially, the sales office, warehouse, and administration departments were involved in managing quotes, invoices, and shipping documents, followed by the technical office for archiving drawings and projects. Additionally, connections between departments are managed through workflows and authorizations directly handled by the software.
